Advanced Processes Design Environment
In the advanced process, for example the 0.18µm/0.13µm CMOS process, are available for Mixed-Signal/ RF designs. Specially, in the 0.13µm CMOS process, the released PDK provides a useful way for RF designers to accomplish their project. Table 12 lists the detailed status of the availability of the design environment comprising EDA tools for each advanced process. The chosen processes are well-developed and can be applied for VLSI circuit developments.
