EDA Tools

　　Various commercial EDA tools, including ARM, Agilent, Altera, Ansoft, Aptix, Cadence, CoWare, Dolphin Integration, Intel, Magma, Mentor Graphics, Parasoft, SpringSoft, Synopsys, Syntest, TransEDA, and Xilinx, were integrated to provide a high quality IC/System design environment.

　　Figure 38 shows all the EDA tools provided by CIC. Professors have been able to apply these EDA tools for educational purposes via the CIC web on-demand service. After completing the application form, returning the license agreement for educational usage. After license checking, the applicants can download the EDA software they require. All license checking were performed via various license servers. CIC has provided approximately 300 to 2000 seats of licenses for major EDA tools.
