Since releasing the TSMC 0.13μm 1P8M CMOS process for mixed-signal, and pure logic application , the CIC has been planning to introduce the 90n process; the first trial run will occur in 2007 Q2. The 90n process is planning to be released in 2006 Q3, and can only be utilized in the secure laboratory at CIC.
